This original landscape painting is part of my 52 Weeks of Colorful Joy series, an ongoing project celebrating color, creativity, and joy, with a brand-new original painting released every Friday throughout 2026.

Inspired by the Blue Ridge Mountains, this whimsical 4x8 inch piece features soft purple mountains, a glowing sun, and gentle clouds, layered with playful brushstrokes and lively color. The composition feels light and uplifting, bringing a fresh, joyful presence to any space.

The 1.5 inch gallery-wrapped sides are painted with coordinating blue, purple, and white stripes, adding an extra pop of color and allowing the piece to be displayed without a frame and enjoyed from every angle.
