Welcoming the New Year with a New Adventure!

Welcoming the New Year with a New Adventure!

Sweet friends, I am just beyond excited for today's blog post as I have some major news to share!

I am now officially represented by art licensing agents, MHS Licensing!  If you're not familiar with MHS, here's the scoop: "MHS Licensing is one of the nation's leading full-service licensing and consulting agencies. The team at MHS Licensing is made up of experienced professionals with a wide range of licensing, retail and product development backgrounds." Joining a team with many other fabulously talented artists is also a true blessing!

I began learning about MHS and chatting with the team over the summer of 2019, and they have been so wonderful every step of the way! We've been working together organizIng my portfolio the past couple of months getting it ready for a full season of trade shows and more! The first two trade shows of the year include: Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market and Surtex. I am really looking forward to this journey of learning and experiencing the exciting process of trade shows.

Currently, I have some of my art licensed through Wheatpaste Art Collective (linked here) and it has been great. And now I am ready to dive further into the world of art licensing. Teaming up with MHS will allow my art to be used on many various types of products which could possibly end up in retail stores!

Licensing will be a brand new adventure for 2020 and beyond, and other aspects of my art business will remain the same. I'll still be offering original art, prints, stickers, and other hand painted gifts in my shop for you!  In fact, I've got something extra fun planned for January...another 31 days of painting journey!

I'm sure that 2020 is going to be a year of learning, growth, and lots of joy, and I am extra thankful that you're here with me along the way! I can't wait to continue sharing this path with you. I couldn't do it without your support and can't thank you enough for following my creative journey.

Wishing everyone all the best for this exciting new year (and decade!) ahead!

Linked below are a few fun press releases that have been shared via some online trade show magazines. I hope you'll stay tuned as I share more about my licensing journey with you throughout the year as well!
