July Workshops / A Recap

Last month was an absolute joy as I taught my first three local painting workshops! Each workshop was a unique experience, so I wanted to give a quick recap:

The lovely owner of Wine Sage and Gourmet hosted my first workshop where we painted abstract backgrounds and added a daisy to our canvases as well. One of the attendees was named Daisy, so that made these paintings even more meaningful! It is always wonderful to have such connections to the process of making art and the completed painting as well. Missed out? Good news! Another painting workshop at Wine Sage and Gourmet is scheduled for September 28! Be sure to check out this link to sign up and join us, it's going to be a great time!

On Saturday, we had a fabulous time at Nest Boutique and DIY Studio painting abstract canvases with inspirational quotes. Full of fun textures and bright colors, the ladies who attended this workshop were fabulous and so were their works of art!  Stay tuned for another workshop here as well!

The following week, I had the privilege of collaborating and teaching with Leelee from Leelee's Garden. She has been on tour this summer teaching floral workshops all across the country, so cool right? We met with 8 ladies at Blue Ghost Brewing and taught two fun sessions, abstract painting and mason jar floral design. Painting and Floral Design were a perfect match to create such a unique experience and class.

I couldn't be more thankful for the turnout and experience of teaching these first three workshops and can't wait to offer more in September!
